Leshawn Cathleen Fisher told Oklahoma City Police that she acted on “impulsive decision” when she attacked Bethany Lorenz, the cheerleading sponsor. Fisher was unhappy with Lorenz’s management of her purchase stun gun friend’s daughter.
Julie Ann Bell, mom, added the teacher to Fisher some time prior to the attack but denies she'd any involvement in the actual assault.
After the hearing last month Bell’s attorney, Tommy Adler, said, “Nobody for this Bell family ever wanted this to happen.” Determined by prosecutors, Bell harbored bad feelings toward Lorenz because Bell’s fifteen-year-old daughter had been not chosen towards the varsity cheerleading squad.Further, Bell believed the teacher have been “picking to be with her daughter in self defense weapons for women biology class.”
Fisher, however, waived rights for a preliminary hearing located on the charges.
Bell is reckoned to get “slight involvement” by virtue of having discussed the cheerleading coach to Fisher. Assistant District Attorney Scott Rowland said “slight involvement’ is plenty under Oklahoma law.
Special Judge Fred Doak ordered which the two women stand trial on assault where can i buy pepper spray and conspiracy charges for your stun gun attack.
